Depending on shipping method, we (or the carrier) will bill you a second time for ACTUAL shipping cost. We do not believe in profiting from overestimated shipping costs. We are in the orchid business, not the shipping business.

PLEASE BE PATIENT - we are often out of town, and may not necessarily be able to respond to you immediately. Rest assured, however, orders for limited items are processed on a first come first serve basis. Thanks for your understanding!

YES! We CAN ship in winter – we will use heat packs and FedEx, where we drop your plants off (avoiding the cold in a delivery truck) and mark ‘Hold at Depot’ where you go and retrieve your plants, again avoiding a cold trip in a delivery vehicle. We attend a number of different shows throughout the year, so check our schedule and an 'at show' delivery can be arranged.
